NIVIQO Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
NIVIQO is a virtual stock market game and paper trading simulator. The app uses virtual money only and does not allow real deposits, withdrawals, or real securities trading.
Information We Collect
- Account information, including username, verified email address, and Firebase authentication identifiers. Email addresses are used for sign-in, verification, password recovery, account security, and account management; they are not displayed on public profiles.
- The social-age answer: under 14 or 14 and older. NIVIQO does not ask for or store the player's exact date of birth.
- Gameplay data, including virtual portfolio totals, trades, leaderboard stats, XP, badges, missions, and settings.
- Social features data, including friend requests, friendships, private chat messages, blocked-player records, safety reports, and historic public-chat records. Global Chat is currently unavailable and does not accept new messages.
- Referral attribution data, such as the referral code attached to a Google Play install and whether a new account used that code.
- Technical and integrity data required by Firebase services to keep authentication, database sync, hosting, troubleshooting, and security working. This may include app and device integrity signals.
- When ads are eligible to appear, Google Mobile Ads automatically collects and shares IP address information (which may estimate general location), app interactions such as app launches, taps, and ad views, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID. Google describes these uses as advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
How We Use Information
- To create and secure user accounts.
- To save game progress and sync the virtual portfolio across devices.
- To operate leaderboards, profiles, friends, and approved-friend private chat.
- To turn social features on or off according to the player’s social-age answer.
- To moderate reports and protect users from spam or abuse.
- To credit successful referrals and unlock Premium features.
- To improve reliability and troubleshoot bugs.
Public Information
Public profiles and leaderboards may show username, league, level, badges count, trade count, total equity, and profit percentage. Other players cannot see the exact stocks you hold, the amount invested in each stock, or private trade details.
Data Sharing
NIVIQO uses Firebase and Google services to provide authentication, database storage, hosting, app infrastructure, and advertising. We do not sell personal information.
NIVIQO may show limited full-screen ads at natural points in the game to players who do not have Premium. Premium players do not see ads. NIVIQO does not show ads when the app opens, waits at least three minutes between ads, and shows no more than five ads in a twelve-hour window. Google Mobile Ads and its User Messaging Platform may collect and share IP-derived general location, app interactions, diagnostic data, device or advertising identifiers, and consent choices to deliver and measure ads, analyze performance, and prevent fraud, subject to the player's choices and applicable law. Players can change advertising privacy choices when Google requires that option.
Premium, Lifetime Access, and Data Continuity
NIVIQO Premium may be unlocked by one of the first 1,000 player accounts or after the required number of verified referrals. Founder places are assigned once by the server when a player profile is created and are not reused after account deletion. In this policy and in the app, “lifetime” means while the account remains active, NIVIQO continues to operate the service, and the Premium entitlement record remains available in our systems.
Deleting an account also deletes its Premium entitlement record. If an exceptional failure, server crash, or other event causes irreversible data loss and the entitlement can no longer be verified, restoration may be impossible. NIVIQO does not guarantee or undertake manual reconstruction of an entitlement that cannot be verified. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Chat Retention and Safety
Global Chat is currently unavailable and new global messages are rejected by the server. A private chat keeps only the most recent 100 messages while the friendship remains active. Removing or blocking a friend ends access and requests deletion of that private conversation. Historic global-chat records and safety reports may be retained until removed by the applicable retention process or account deletion.
Data Deletion
Users can delete their account from inside the app. Deleting an account removes the profile, gameplay progress, virtual portfolio data, trades, missions, social records, chat messages, reports, and leaderboard entry handled by NIVIQO. Authentication access is also removed.
The NIVIQO account deletion page explains the verified in-app deletion steps.
Age and Social Features
NIVIQO is intended for players aged 13 and older. Before using social features, a player is asked whether they are 14 or older. Selecting “under 14” disables friend requests, private chat, and private messages while leaving the investing game and lessons available. Global Chat is unavailable for every player. The answer can be changed later in Settings. NIVIQO stores the answer, not a date of birth.
Chat does not support links, images, videos, or attachments. Players must accept the Community Guidelines before sending a message and can report messages, report players, block players, or remove friends. Reports are sent to the NIVIQO server and are limited in length and frequency.
Security
We use Firebase Authentication, server-side Cloud Functions, App Check signals, rate limits, and Firestore security rules to protect user data. No method of online storage is perfect, but the app is designed to limit access to each user’s own private gameplay data.
In-App Safety and Account Controls
Use Report or Block inside chat for safety concerns. Account deletion is available from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Privacy Questions
Privacy inquiries can be submitted through the verified developer contact shown on NIVIQO’s Google Play listing. Account-deletion requests can also be completed directly inside the app or through the account-deletion page linked above.
